Students worked very hard the past few weeks creating their custom art for our Display My Art fundraiser and for our Tile Wall at school. Forms should be going home in the next few weeks. Here is my tile art. How many brushes can you count? How many paint palettes do you see? Should be fun for the kids to count and find all the art objects I have hidden in my picture that will be on our tile wall in the spring.
3rd-8th grade cereal box sketchbooks. Students loved learning how to make their own sketchbook and had fun customizing the cover. We added a brad and some string to keep them close. Fun and everything used was recycled. Love this project!

Fun STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Math) project. This was done with first graders and had they so much fun making a 3d sculpture (their drawbot), plus getting to turn it on and create a 2nd generation piece of art work. They were engaged, came up with new ideas, and asked lots of questions. I loved that they wanted to know what would happen if they used larger pens, crayons, or even pencils. Even my 8th graders and high schooler loved making a Drawbot too. Supplies:
